FOMO
Newman Court (formerly Street)
What does FOMO mean? I don't think the developer left the translation when it skipped town. Fremantle On My Own? Why would that be a good thing? Fear Of Missing Out might be more relevant. We too should have a Mies steel and glass box in the middle of our formerly pleasantly quaint town, so that we don't Miss Out on looking like everywhere else in the 'developed' world.
I suppose the developer might have heard of pomo (postmodern) and thought that sounded groovy and replaced the P with an F for Fremantle. Most people don't have a clue was pomo is or was, so FOMO can be even more mysterious.
