Adelaide Steamship Buildings
Lot 41 (mostly), 10-12 Mouat St, designed (1900) by: Oldham & Eales (and built by C. Coghill); F.G.B. Hawkins (1948).
Fremantle Library 1972 photo no. 1056, with this caption: 'Adelaide Steamship Building was built in 1900 by C. Coghill of North Fremantle for the Adelaide Steamship Co.'
My snap. Adelaide Steamship Company bought James Lilly's shipping company; he continued as manager.
