Town Lot 28
Mouat Street, between Phillimore and High Streets.
The earliest owner of Lot 28 recorded by Hitchcock (1929) was Lionel Samson.
The building on Lot 28, now 5 Mouat Street, was the German Consulate 1903-1914.
