Patrick John Hevron (12 May 1867-1930) was born in North Fremantle, son of Denis William and Catherine Hevron (nee Kernon). Patrick married Silda Ann Matison (1871-1962) on 30.10.1894 in Fremantle. He was apprenticed to Pearse Brothers in the leather trade and later established his own business as a customs and forwarding agent. He was a Councillor at North Fremantle 1897-1920 and Mayor 1904-1905. Patrick Hevron was the Foundation President of the Fremantle Trotting Club 1927-1930. From FHC photo #3811 from 1900.

Milson John Howard Porter was a Town Councillor, 1947-1951. He was President of the West Australian Trotting Association Inc. and President of the Fremantle Trotting Club until he retired after thirty one years service.

Thomas John Smith was born on 29.11.1872 in London and arrived in W.A. in 1895. He married Nancy Margaret Savage (1884-1959) and had four children. He was a travel agent and was Health Inspector for Fremantle Municipal Council from 1905 to 1945. He was Acting Town Clerk 19.04.1928 to 15.09.1928; Chief Health Inspector 1918-1945; Secretary of St John Ambulance, Honorary Life Member of St Johns 1933; Secretary of Fremantle Branch of Infant Welfare Association and a Life Member of the Fremantle Trotting Club. He lived in 214 Lefroy Road and died in Fremantle 22.01.1959. From FHC photo #1014B.
