Books and Shows about Coral Browne

Rose Collis's biography, Coral Browne: This Effing Lady, published by Oberon Books, was launched 4 October 2007 at the Royal National Theatre. Rose Collis is a well-published professional biographer, the author of A Trouser-Wearing Character: The Life and Times of Nancy Spain (Cassell 1997 & 1999) and Colonel Barker's Monstrous Regiment: A Tale of Female Husbandry (Virago 2000 & 2001) inter alia.

Another book, by Barbara Angell, The Coral Browne Story: Theatrical Life and Times of a Lustrous Australian, was self-published in June 2007.

Peter Quilter wrote a play for four actors called Mrs Vincent Price, which was apparently performed by La Mama, Melbourne, in about 2010.

Maureen Sherlock's one-woman play This F***ing Lady! was performed by Genevieve Mooy at the Adelaide Fringe in 2017, and again at fortyfive downstairs in Melbourne, July 2018. It was done again at the King's Head Theatre, London in May-June 2019, this time with Amanda Muggleton as Coral.

Victoria Price's bio of her father, Vincent Price: A Daughter's Biography (St Martin's Press, London, 2000) contains a great deal of information about Coral Browne.
