Felicity Newman
Felicity Newman was a candidate in the Fremantle City Council elections in October 2023, standing in the new East ward (formerly Hilton). She lost to the Labor Party machine and Frank Mofflin.

My 20+ year history and connection to our community is why I am asking for your vote to serve on the Fremantle Council.
With your support it will be my priority to work with other councillors to protect mature trees in our neighbourhoods, and ensure raises in our rates above CPI provide additional services. I will work hard to proactively keep you informed about what the Fremantle Council is doing.
I have served as VP of the Hilton Primary School P&C and stood side by side with many of you when ROE 8 threatened our neighbourhood. I co-convened the local precinct group, helped found the Hilton Organising Committee, started a breakfast club at our primary school, and currently serve on the Hilton Park Sports Precinct Working Group in Beaconsfield.
With your vote I will continue to make our community a better place as a member of Fremantle Council.
