Robert Partridge
Robert Partridge was wealthy to employ workers, but apparently not successful enough to persevere for more than ten years.
Erickson:
PARTRIDGE, Robert Ansell, b. 1799, arr. 23.8.1829 per Marquis of Anglesea with servants. Agriculturist, granted 6,388 acres of which he took 4,388 in Swan District (relinquished Swan Loc K1 & was allowed to select more in 1840). Employed fisherman to supply people of Perth & Frem. Intended leaving 1839.
