Richard Lane
Richard Lane gives access to the former Army (Artillery) Drill Hall (once the Fly By Night Club and now Freo.Social) from Holdsworth Street. Richard Lane was a musician known for his membership of The Stems, among other bands.
As you can see in the photos, Richard Lane can't get a lot of traffic, as it has fixed bollards preventing access from Parry Street and a chain preventing access from the Holdsworth Street.
But it does have on the sign, presumably in memory of the man.
