Cliff Street, between Phillimore and High Streets.
The first owner of Lot 17 noted by [[../hitchcock.html|Hitchcock]] was [[../people/leake.html|George Leake]].
The [[../maps/index.html#1844|1844 Snell-Chauncey map]] shows [[../people/brounrichard.html|[Richard McBryde] Broun]] (as 'Brown') as the owner of Lots 16 and 17.
Probably now the site of the northern portion of Fremantle Hotel. See Lot 18.
